Root Htc Evo 4g Gingerbread Android 2.3.3 Hboot 2.16

Hello guys I will be showing you how to root Gingerbread for Htc Evo 4g. This root had been very anticipated and it should work for you. If you guys have ever used the Unrevoked method to root froyo then this is going to very similar to that. I have made a youtube video with all the steps so look below and you can see that and all the steps in action. To get all the written steps and all the download links go here to get all links click here also to get all the steps update your drivers then go here click here to learn how to update drivers, but make sure to download the drivers from the first link I gave you and do not download the Unrevoked modified drivers drivers just follow the steps on that page. This root is only eight steps and they are very simple and I have explained them all in my video below. This only works with windows  so you need to have a windows computer for this to work. You also need to delete htc sync. The steps are very easy this is a permittee root so you do not need to run it after you run it one time. After you root your phone and get superuser permissions you can flash all of those amazing roms and get the wifi tether for free.
